How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery window after dispatch is shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund and Return Policy for the step-by-step process.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for winter layering. Write to us if you would like help.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available. Payments are encrypted at checkout.
